IKATone is a digital platform that offers connected physical cards allowing users to create and manage professional digital profiles. These profiles are accessible online and can be easily shared through contactless technology integrated into our cards.

- Use the available visibility settings to hide your profile if necessary.
IKATone cannot be held responsible for the use by third parties of information that you have chosen to make public.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Retention Period
Your personal data is retained as long as your account is active. If your subscription expires, your data and profiles remain stored but may become inactive depending on your account settings. No automatic deletion is performed when a subscription expires.
Data Deletion
You can at any time:
- Delete your profile yourself from your dashboard.
- Request complete deletion of your account and all your data by contacting us.
Following a deletion request, your data will be erased from our systems within 30 days, except for information we are legally required to retain (invoices, transaction history).
6. Sharing Data with Third Parties
We never sell your personal data. We only share your information with the following third parties, strictly within the scope of our operations:
Payment Providers
We use Stripe and PayPal to process payments. These providers receive the information necessary to process your transactions. IKATone does not store any banking or credit card data.
